Shaan is an international barrister, financier, entrepreneur, and philanthropist, with business interests spanning energy, regulated financial services, healthcare, technology, and premium consumer brands.
Called to the Bar of England and Wales (Gray's Inn) and to the Bar of the Republic of Mauritius, he combines international legal capability with direct operating experience in building and operating businesses across jurisdictions.
He began his career at British American Tobacco before transitioning into entrepreneurship in 2010. From 2012 to 2023, he served as Principal Officer and Chief Executive Officer of Aurevya Wealth Ltd (formerly Capital Horizons Ltd), the FSC-licensed firm he co-founded in Mauritius. As Group Chief Executive Officer of Kundomal & Co, he led the Group's expansion beyond financial services into ICT, healthcare, media, and retail.
He co-founded Sanatan Dharma Private Wealth, a DIFC-based firm regulated by the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) under Category 3C, and is a principal driving force behind AFK Petroleum, developing a flagship refinery project in Sharjah, UAE. He has served as a board member of OLA Energy since 2018.

Vandana is a Barrister qualified in Mauritius and England & Wales, with extensive experience in financial services regulation, corporate governance, and international corporate structuring. She has held senior leadership positions including Chief Legal Officer, Group Legal Director, and Board Secretary across the financial services and energy sectors.
She advises boards, multinational corporations, and financial institutions on regulatory compliance, governance frameworks, complex international transactions, and strategic legal risk management. She is an Approved Officer of the Financial Services Commission (Mauritius) and Co-Founder of BlackSwan Law LLP.
Vandana currently serves as Director of LAIP (Mauritius) and Board Secretary of OLA Energy Holdings Ltd, a African petroleum distribution and retail group operating across 17 countries with annual turnover exceeding EUR 5 billion.
